Sam was on time and very knowledgeable about what we needed done. He also gave us a good price and informed us how long it would take him. He went and bought what he needed to fix out sink and toilets and made good time. We did not have to wait long. He did a fabulous job with the sink and toilets.

We had a toilet clogged after a dinner party on Saturday night (March 8, 2025) that included several kids. True Value customer service was available on a Sunday morning when the emergency struck-- water backing up from the toilet and overflowing into the bathroom and corridor beyond. Samuel from True Value was here within half an hour of our call. He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He snaked the mainline and the clog was fixed in about 30 minutes of his arrival. We will certainly be calling True Value and Samuel for our next plumbing emergency or otherwise. Thanks to Samuel for restoring the plumbing so quickly!!

Getting an appointment was easy and fast. The quality of work is excellent. I had many issues kitchen sink, faucets and toilets. They were all repaired in a timely manner at a reasonable price. Samuel Bermudiz was nice and efficient. I would definitely recommend this company for your plumbing needs.
